Our next all day book chat is scheduled for tomorrow from 10 am to 7pm EST – and like most all day chats, it will probably be going on much later than that !

You are all invited to stop by with excerpts, news, giveaways or just to chat with some readers.  There’s no set schedule, so you can pop in anytime you’d like for as long as you’d like, but I do ask that if you offer a giveaway, please don’t pull your winners until after the chat is over.  This will give all readers the time to enter, because some will be joining in later than others.  The best thing to do is to post your contest/giveaway in an email early in the day then again later in the afternoon or early evening.  The address to use for any contests or to post your excerpts and news is authorislandchat@yahoogroups.com and to make sure you are signed up for the chat, go to http://groups. yahoo.com/ subscribe/ authorislandchat.

The chat is also a good place to let readers know you have a newsletter and give them information about how to sign up.

We’ll also be sharing quick and easy summer meal ideas and recipes, so if you want to post any of those, be sure to include your name and website under it, so when it’s posted on our recipe blog, it will have a link to your website right with it.
